Psychotherapy is a powerful talking therapy designed to help you navigate emotional challenges and mental health issues. As a UKCP accredited Psychotherapist with a Masters level education, I provide expert, confidential support to help you move forward.

The goal of our work together is to help you experience life more fully. Depending on your unique needs, we might:

  • Build a trusting relationship in the therapy room, which can help you learn to trust others.

Counselling vs. Psychotherapy

 

While both are talking therapies, they serve different needs:

  • Counselling is often sought for a specific problem you're facing in your life, usually over a shorter term.

  • Psychotherapy is sought when your life itself has become the problem, exploring deeper, long-standing patterns.
